　　字宗臣，號雙溪，東陽（今屬浙江）人。紹興二十四年進士。二十五年，為平江府府學教授，旋除國子錄擢左宣議郎、太常博士，尋兼權中書門下檢正諸房公事。檜死，為撰謚議，稱檜“光弼聖主，紹開中興，安宗社與阽危之中，恢太平於板蕩之後。道德先天地，勳業冠古今”後數日，以右正言張修等論罷。明年，又被論為秦塤假手駁放科名。孝宗時，許再試，復登乾道五年（1169）進士。紹熙初，知郴州，轉朝奉大夫賜金紫致仕，年八十卒。有《雙溪集》二十捲，《景物類要詩》十捲，詞有《燕喜詞》一捲。
