仇远

　　英英天上云，洞洞天下谷。
　　皎皎谷中人，精神皎如玉。
　　卷舒一何心，怡悦亦自足。
　　朝采孚丹砂，夕气被林麓。
　　岂无茯苓芝，随春入锄斸。
　　自是长生苗，根本元不俗。
　　三千年桃花，八千岁椿木。
　　不如采药归，枕石伴云宿。
