杨简

　　某聞內丹不可見，不待施工自成煉。
　　羲皇以上春，何啻一千千秋萬萬轉。
　　到今晝夜流光涌，金烏夜照寒殿。
　　輝散綴碧落，稀稠紛糾珠玉濺。
　　衝氣祥精騰太虛，舒飛浮態變。
　　映空曉景緑拖藍，錯綺晚凝紅染茜。
　　有時震響轟冥蒙，有時熠燿盤飛綫。
　　有時清潤垂冰絲，有時匆舞瓊花片。
　　其間秀結成山川，密木繁林飛鳥魚次第現。
　　竜翔鳳鳴寶藏興，絪緼孕瑞生群英。
　　四明之麓鄞之麯，育神含和備五福。
　　中有祥光兩派明，內虛外應無不燭。
　　能聽能言能往。屈伸俯仰天然奇，
　　不知手舞蹈與足。二十年前忽轉移，
　　驀過慈川天寶山之西。翠微麯煙霞深，
　　變化遊徙誰知端倪。石魚樓閣氣低，
　　比年往往暫此棲。風兩渡浙河去，
　　又尋歸路從桃蹊。桃源深處無人識，
　　縱經從當面迷。天實秘此丹，
　　所見惟童顔。暫時一語露一班，
　　不直知音又還。
