　　水在盤盂中，可以鑒毛發。
　　盤盂若動搖，星日亦不察。
　　鏡在臺架上，可以照顔面。
　　臺架若動搖，眉目不可辯。
　　精神在人身，水鏡為擬倫。
　　身定則神凝，明於鳥兔輪。
　　是經學道者，要先安其身。
　　坐欲安如山，行若畏動塵。
　　目不妄動視，口不妄談論。
　　儼然望而畏，暴慢不得親。
　　淡然虛而一，志慮則不分。
　　眼見口即誦，耳識潛自聞。
　　神焉默省記，如口味甘珍。
　　一遍勝十遍，不令人艱辛。
