　　不离家舍，常在途中。
　　途中家舍，触处相逢。
　　人从明州来，却入庐山去。
　　云间逢五老，因问途中事。
　　难难，狂风吹入拆船湾。
　　易易，扬澜左蠡平如砥。
　　也不难，也不易，
　　仰面看天，低头取气。
