　　要蹑天仙步，金丹是法身。
　　不知谓气，须还识后自然真。
　　大道从花孕子，点出个中阴魄，乌兔合阳魂。
　　北斗随罡转，天地正氤氲。
　　
　　采依时，炼依法，莫辞勤。
　　立跻圣域，从此脱沈沦。
　　夜气正当过半，龙虎自然蛰动，势欲撼乾坤。
