evening glow
夕阳

   José Maria de Heredia

Granite costumes, dazzling thorns,
The _set_ting sun lit the steep hills gold plated;
Far away, spray in a row is still flashing,
The vast stretch of marine attached to land, the sky.
The night at my feet, a quiet.
Bird's Nest silent, people returned to the hut, raised the smoke;
Only Vespers bells floating in the dusk,
And the broad expanse of the Atlantic waves merge into one.
Then, as if from the bottom of the abyss, from the forest edge,
From the wilderness, from the valley, far came
Driving cattle herders stay late cries
A shadow over the whole sky has been integrated into
Waning sun_set_, the sky in the gorgeous but dim
Shan Gu it was a red gold folding Shoulong
