　　水在盘盂中，可以鉴毛发。
　　盘盂若动摇，星日亦不察。
　　镜在台架上，可以照颜面。
　　台架若动摇，眉目不可辩。
　　精神在人身，水镜为拟伦。
　　身定则神凝，明於鸟兔轮。
　　是经学道者，要先安其身。
　　坐欲安如山，行若畏动尘。
　　目不妄动视，口不妄谈论。
　　俨然望而畏，暴慢不得亲。
　　淡然虚而一，志虑则不分。
　　眼见口即诵，耳识潜自闻。
　　神焉默省记，如口味甘珍。
