　　字以道，號景迂。元豐(1078-1085年)進士。蘇軾以著述科薦之，元祐(1086-1093年)中以黨籍放斥。後終於徽猷閣待製。說之工詩，善畫山水，精《易傳》。著有《儒言》、《景迂生集》。
