　　字介之，襄邑（今河南睢县）人。翰曾侄孙（《周文忠公集》卷五五《书匹纸赠许玠介之》），魏了翁门人（《宋元学案》卷八○）。理宗端平三年（一二三六）以荐补官，为衡州户掾（明嘉靖《衡州府志》卷六）。有《东溪诗稿》，已佚。
