湯姆-米勒，現為《中國經濟季刊》（由竜洲經訊出版）執行總編，曾任《南華早報》駐北京站記者。畢業於牛津大學，捕獲獲得得英語學士學位，在倫敦大學東方與非洲研究學院取得漢學研究碩士學位。在上海大學任教一年，之在北京語言文化大學和中央戲劇學院學習中文。旅居中國十年，現與妻子和兩個孩子住在北京。
