　　字得簡，湖州歸安（今浙江吳興）人。宣和三年進士。紹興初，纍官中書捨人、給事中，忤姦相秦檜，罷去。其詩寓意高遠，自成一傢。其詞清麗深婉，格調高華。有《苕溪集》、《苕溪詞》。《全宋詞》存詞四十餘首。
