高橋彌七郎（日語：たかはし やしちろう）是日本小說、輕小說作。大阪府出身。2002年4月，在第八屆電擊遊戲小說大奬以《エクスターミネーターA/B》（出版時改為《A/Bエクストリーム》）得到選考委員奬勵賞出道。之便在電擊文庫上外表電表作品。

《灼眼的夏娜》在播節目“電擊大賞”播放播劇且售CD。接着在2005年2月開始連載漫畫版（作畫為笹倉綾人），且於2005年天動畫化。作品中多使用獨自的設定與專門用語，使用許多平時難得一見的詞彙和詳細的解釋，使其呈現出其寬的格局，相當具有特色。

和漫畫荒川弘是朋友，在導讀書《灼眼のシャナノ全テ》中有他的評語。

於2008年2月16日的第十六屆北國際書展，與身為小說插畫的いとうのいぢ（伊東雜音）老師，共同被灣角川邀請，來舉辦灼眼的夏娜的作品簽名會。（該次來共舉辦兩場簽名會，第二場是在微風場的紀伊國屋書店舉行。）

Yashichiro Takahashi (高橋 彌七郎, Takahashi Yashichirō) is a Japanese novelist best known for the creation of the Shakugan no Shana series. Shakugan no Shana was adapted into a radio drama, manga, anime, and a video game. In addition, it was adapted into an anime film on April 21, 2007. Takahashi also made another series titled A/B Extreme, which won Honorable mention in the eighth Dengeki Novel Prize. Most of his work includes references to the tokusatsu Choukou Senshi Changéríon (超光戰士シャンゼリオン, Choukou Senshi Changèrion).
