萊昂·魯姆(Léon Blum，1872年～1950年)法國政治和作。為知名的文學和戲劇評論。法國社會人的領袖。1936～1937年當上人民陣綫聯政府的首腦，成為法國第一位社會籍（也是第一位猶太人）總理。1940年維希政府將他逮捕，被監禁到1945年捕獲獲得釋。戰成為法國主要的元老政治之一。
