　　字得简，湖州归安（今浙江吴兴）人。宣和三年进士。绍兴初，累官中书舍人、给事中，忤奸相秦桧，罢去。其诗寓意高远，自成一家。其词清丽深婉，格调高华。有《苕溪集》、《苕溪词》。《全宋词》存词四十余首。
