石田衣良(Ishida Ira) 作家贵公子
本名石平庄一。1960年出生于东京,成蹊大学经济系毕业。七岁时就想当作家,却因为成功之路不容易,且对人有轻微的恐惧症,先在别的行业转了几圈,做过地下铁工人、保安、仓库管理,也曾任职日本广告公司,最后以自由文案工作者身份活跃于业界。写作时喜欢聆听古典音乐,所以作品非常具有音乐性,流畅起伏,高潮迭起。
石田衣良初试啼声的第一部作品立刻就得到了“ALL读物推理小说新人奖”的副赏,接下来更以第二部作品得到了日本最具权威的大众小说奖“直木赏”,开始了他的作家生涯。2001年的作品《娼年》和2002年的《骨音》分别为第126回及第128回直木赏候补作,2003年以《4TEEN》获得第129回直木赏。作品题材广泛,包括青少年犯罪小说、经济犯罪悬疑小说、情欲小说、爱情小说,都是他的创作领域。
在石田衣良得到直木赏后,日本文学评论家给他一个响亮的称号――“现代感觉的妙手”,并以此称号为他做了


Ira Ishida (石田 衣良Ishida Ira, born March 8, 1960) is a Japanese novelist and TV commentator.

After graduating from Seikei University, he worked for a number of different advertising production companies and as a freelance copywriter. In 1997, he published his first short story collection, Ikebukuro West Gate Park, which won the 36th All Yomimono New Mystery Writer's Prize. In 2003, he won the Naoki Prize for 4teen.

His novels describe the culture of young people in Japan, particularly young women and otaku without a college education. Many of his works have been adapted for manga and television. As an actor, he made his first appearance in a leading role in the 2006 film Love My Life.

Ishida's pen name, Ishida Ira, was derived by splitting his real family name Ishidaira.
