　　He Ping, male, born in 1957 in Beijing, native of Zhejiang, senior reporter, Communist Party members. He graduated from Peking University Press, 1982, the same year to the Xinhua News Agency, served as national Department correspondent, deputy director of the Political newsroom, domestic assistant director, assistant editor-room chief editor, deputy editor, part-time director of the country, Xinhua News Agency committee member, vice president and deputy chief editor, deputy party secretary. Won the "First National Pokka journalists" and the title "Fan Changjiang Journalism Awards." Participation authored "eternal life in the ocean - Deng Xiaoping ashes put in mind" and other works won the China News Award Special Award. The congress, Congress delegates.
