1931 Born in Shanghai, China. 1951, Wood graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Engineering disabilities. After returning to Shanghai, Beijing, Xi'an and other places in design. State building in Beijing, 1980-1988: is the General Urban and Rural Construction and Environmental Protection Division and other units of work, served as Secretary for Urban and Rural Construction Design; 1988-1994 Secretary-General of the Architectural Society of China, the rank of vice president. Has elected to the Royal Institute of Architects, American Institute of Architects, the Royal Australian Institute of Architects Honorary Fellow, Japan Society of Architectural League and the Russian architect honorary member. Major works and translations are: "Reading City", "Success through" "Modern Architecture - A Critical History," "Architecture of Humanism", "Collection of 20th century building products (10 volumes)" (deputy editor) and so on.
