　　Born in 1942, Double Ninth. He graduated from Heilongjiang University in 1964; graduated from Beijing Foreign Languages Institute in 1966, postgraduate courses. Three occasions in the Soviet embassy in China, experienced the "8.19" incident and the Former Soviet Union; Suou Division in Ministry of Foreign Affairs, he was the Director of the Soviet Union and the counselor, has witnessed a historic turning point in Sino-Soviet relations; successive Chinese in Kyrgyzstan, Ukraine, Yugoslavia and Israel, Ambassador. Ambassador to Yugoslavia during the term of office, witnessed the bombing of NATO and Yugoslav turmoil. Is currently the Tenth CPPCC National Committee.
