段思廉，是大理國第十一位皇帝，屬太祖段思平支係，1045—1071年在位。相國嶽侯高智升發動政變，廢黜了天明皇帝段素興（又稱為煬皇帝），擁立段思平的玄孫
段思廉為皇帝，這樣大理國的皇位經歷了9代終於又回到太祖段思平一係。
段思廉即位後，國勢混亂，高智升以擁戴之功大權在握，權傾朝野。1063年貴族楊允賢發動叛亂，
段思廉無力平叛，衹得請求高智升出兵，高智升乘機擴大地盤，並逼迫皇帝封他為鄯闡侯，大有取代段氏之勢。外交上，曾將兵敗逃入大理的兩廣蠻首領儂智高，斬首以獻北宋。
段思廉用過5個年號，是保安、正安、正德、保德、明侯。他最後被迫禪位為僧，死後廟號為興宗，謚號孝德皇帝。
