段素真是大理國第9位君主，屬太宗段思良支係，是秉義皇帝段素隆的侄子，1027－1041年在位，用過1個年號是正治。他和大理國第8位君主段素隆一樣，也是禪位為僧，死後無廟號，謚號為聖德皇帝。
