段素隆是大理國第八代皇帝，屬太宗段思良支係，是宣肅皇帝段素廉的侄子，1023—1026年在位。用過一個年號為明通。
段素隆似乎對政治很不感興趣，在位4年後宣佈禪位為僧，開創了大理國君主禪位為僧的先例。他死後，無廟號，謚號為秉義皇帝。
