段素英，大理國第六位君主，986—1009年在位，屬太宗段思良支係，是應道皇帝段素順之子。在位期間，政治清明，能體恤百姓疾苦。
段素英還是個篤信佛教的皇帝，曾親自撰文《傳燈錄》，並為學儒的僧人舉行科舉考試，官吏也多從他們中選任。用過5個年號為廣明、明應、明統、明聖、明治。1009年他死後，無廟號，謚號為昭明皇帝。
