段思良，是大理國，準確的說是前大理國的皇帝。又名段思胄，946年—951年在位。他本是大理國第二位皇帝段思英的叔父，946年，
段思良和相國董迦羅發動政變，逼迫段思英遜位為僧，開創了大理皇帝退位後出傢為僧的先例，從此大理皇位的繼承開始了段思平、
段思良兩條支係更替的爭奪。（和宋朝太祖、太宗兩條支係類似）
段思良在位6年，年號為至治。951年駕崩，廟號太宗，謚號聖慈文武皇帝。
