顔惠慶(1877-1950) 北洋軍閥政府總理。字駿人。上海人。早年畢業於上海同文館,後去美國弗吉尼亞大學留學。回國後曾任聖約翰大學英文教授,商務印書館編輯,清朝駐美使館參贊。1909年任外交部股長。1910年兼清華大學總辦。1912年4月被黎元洪委任為北洋政府外交次長。1913年1月出任駐德國公使,後調任丹麥、瑞典等國公使。1919年任中國出席巴黎和會代表團顧問。1920年8月,任北京政府外交總長、1922年辭去外交總長職務,改任內務總長等職。1926年春,曾任國務總理並攝行總統職務。1927年移居天津,任天津大陸銀行董事長、自來水公司董事長等職。南京政府成立後,先後任駐英大使、駐蘇大使,出席國際聯盟大會首席代表。抗日戰爭爆發後,在上海從事慈善和教育事業。1949年2月,為反對蔣介石繼續內戰,和章士釗、邵力子、江庸等以私人資格到北平、石傢莊與中國共産黨商談和平。上海解放後,主持上海臨時救濟委員會及中蘇友好協會籌備等工作。同時,應邀參加中國人民政治協商會議第一屆全體會議。中華人民共和國成立後,歷任華東軍政委員會副主席、中央人民政府政治法律委員會委員等職。1950年5月在上海病逝。
