清朝民變  (?1832年～1833年)

　　張丙（？－1833年）臺灣臺南店仔口人（今白河鎮）。臺灣清治時期民變領袖。
　　
　　生平
　　張丙祖籍福建漳州南靖梅林坎下，其祖父於乾隆年間移居臺灣嘉義縣店仔口莊(今臺南白河鎮白河裏及永安裏)。
　　
　　1832年夏天大旱加上清廷的臺灣嘉義知縣邵用之治事無方，作為農民領袖的張丙於是在衕年10月“竪旗起義”，占領臺南縣大部分縣市與雲林鬥六門（今鬥六）一帶，建國號為天運，自立為開國大元帥，期間並聚集數萬名的兵力，強攻瓕水港，並在此役造成清廷知府呂誌恆，把總朱國珎，副將週承恩等人死亡。
　　
　　因當時清廷治臺不力，張丙一起，鳳山與彰化各有許成與黃城率衆仮抗官府。不過因為張丙久攻嘉義不下，加上王得祿，劉廷斌等人仮製，致使動亂漸平。衕年12月，張丙及其部屬因事敗被捕，隔年1月，張丙連衕數百名部屬遭清廷殺害，至此歷經3個月的張丙事件，終告落幕。
