脱脱不花（1416年－1452年），尊号岱总汗，蒙古大汗，元益宗次子的孙子，早年和弟弟阿噶多尔济、满都鲁流落中原在甘肃放牧。1433年，被瓦剌首领脱欢迎立为大汗。脱欢在1434年攻杀东蒙古的阿鲁台，东蒙古的阿台汗东逃科尔沁，1438年，阿台汗被脱欢俘杀，蒙古重新统一于瓦剌人手中。脱欢死后，又成为脱欢儿子也先的傀儡。1451年，
脱脱不花和掌权的太师也先决裂。阿噶多尔济背叛了哥哥，勾结也先。
脱脱不花败走，不久被杀。
