阿魯（？～1434），明東部蒙古首領，永樂元年間至宣德9年(1403～1434)間，先擁立鬼立赤，本雅失，阿為可汗，自稱太師，專權擅政。永樂11年，(1413年)受封“和寧王”，與瓦剌(Oyrad)對立，宣德9年(1434年)被瓦剌部脫懽太師所殺。
阿魯為15世紀，蒙古阿蘭族的領袖。1408年，他與蒙古西部的瓦剌部貴族攻戰不已，各自擁立北元汗裔為傀儡可汗。他不但聯瓦剌領袖馬哈木，擊敗蒙古另一位酋長烏格齊。更於1414年，1423年兩次與明朝正式敵對作戰。雖然1423年戰役中，他取得敗績，不過卻讓班師朝的明成祖於程中染病身亡。
