王斌（？－1457年），明朝中期陝西民變首領，陝西省勉縣人。
王斌本來是一個僧人，法名悟真。景泰年間，開始組織民衆。明英宗天順元年（1457年）元旦，舉旗反明，立國號為極樂，年號天綉。義軍進攻漢中時，
王斌被俘被殺，起義失敗。
