　　林桂芳，《元史》作林桂方，東新會人，原南宋瓊州知州林次子。至元二十年（1283年）三月，林桂芳與宋宗室裔趙良鈐兄弟在瀧水縣羅旁起義，抗元宋。號稱羅平國，改元延康。不久被元軍鎮壓，林桂芳等人被殺，起義失敗。
