　　遼天祚皇帝耶律延禧（1075年－1128年或1156年），字延寧，小名阿果，是遼朝的最後一位皇帝，他的統治時間是從1101年到1125年。
　　
　　天祚帝是遼道宗的孫子，他的父親是道宗的太子耶律瀎，母親是蕭氏。六歲時他被封為梁王，九歲時燕國王。
　　
　　1101年正月甲戌道宗崩，臨死前立耶律延禧為繼承人。天祚皇帝是他的尊號。二月壬辰改元乾統。
　　
　　天祚帝繼位後西夏崇宗因受到北宋攻擊一再嚮遼求援，並求天祚帝女尚公主為妻，最後天祚帝於1105年將一個族女封為公主嫁給了夏崇宗，並派使者赴宋，勸宋對西夏罷兵。
　　
　　1112年二月丁酉天祚帝赴春州，召集附近的女真族酋長來朝，宴席中醉酒後令女真酋長為他跳舞，衹有完顔阿骨打不肯。天祚帝不以為意，但從此完顔阿骨打與遼朝之間不和。從九月開始完顔阿骨打不再奉詔，並開始對其他不服從他的女真部落用兵。1114年春，完顔阿骨打正式起兵反遼。一開始天祚帝不將阿骨打當作大的威脅，但是1114年所有他派去鎮壓阿骨打的軍隊全部被戰敗。
　　
　　1115年天祚帝開始覺察到女真的威脅，下令親徵，但是遼軍到處被女真戰敗，與此同時遼朝國內也發生叛亂，耶律章奴在上京叛亂，雖然這場叛亂很快就被平定，但是這場叛亂分裂了遼朝內部。此後位於原渤海國的東京也發生叛亂自立。這場叛亂一直到1116年四月纔被平定。但是在五月女真就藉機占領了東京和瀋州。1117年女真攻春州，遼軍不戰自敗。這年完顔阿骨打自稱皇帝，建立金朝。1120年金攻剋遼上京，留守降。到1121年遼已經失去了其地盤之半。而遼朝內部又發生了因為皇位繼承問題而爆發的內亂，1122年天祚帝殺他的次子。這使得更多的遼軍感到不安而投靠金朝。四月，金攻剋遼西京。由於戰場上消息不通，遼朝內部又以為天祚帝在前綫陣亡或被圍，於是在上京立耶律淳為皇帝，進一步擴大了遼朝內部的混亂。而遼朝的大臣也各不自保，有的與北宋大臣童貫通氣打算投降宋朝的，有的則想投降金朝。十一月居庸關失守，十二月遼南京被攻破。1123年正月上京叛金。
　　
　　到1124年天祚帝已經失去了遼朝的大部分土地，他自己退出漠外，他的兒子和傢屬大多數被殺或被俘，雖然他還打算重新守護燕州和雲州，但是實際上他已經沒有多少希望了。1125年二月天祚帝在應州被俘，八月被解送金上京，被降為海濱王。金太宗天會六年（1128年）病死。《遼史》則稱於54歲病死（1128年）。《大宋宣和遺事》則記載紹興二十六年六月（1156年），金國皇帝完顔亮命令57歲的宋欽宗和81歲耶律延禧去比賽馬球，宋欽宗從馬上跌下來，被馬亂踐而死。耶律延禧善騎術，企圖縱馬衝出重圍逃命，結果被亂箭射死。
