耶律李鬍(911年－960年)，漢名耶律洪古，字奚隱，遼太祖耶律阿保機第三子，生母皇后述律平。同母兄弟三人耶律倍、耶律德光、
耶律李鬍，述律皇后最疼愛李鬍。二哥太宗耶律德光親徵在外，京師上京常常由
耶律李鬍留守。930年，耶律德光以
耶律李鬍為皇太弟兼天下兵馬大元帥。947年，耶律德光過世後，耶律倍的兒子耶律阮自立為帝。在上京（今內蒙古巴林左旗）的述律太後派
耶律李鬍在南京北部的泰德泉交戰，大敗。經過大臣耶律屋質的勸阻，太後纔同意耶律阮當皇帝。耶律阮即位為世宗，有人告發
耶律李鬍和述律太後謀反，世宗將李鬍軟禁在祖州。960年，李鬍子宋王耶律喜隱謀反，李鬍連坐，死於獄中。統和年間追尊欽順皇帝，1050年遼興宗追尊章肅皇帝。
耶律李鬍有二子，宋王耶律喜隱、衛王耶律宛。
