　　李彝昌，是唐朝末年党項族的首領，為李思恭的孫子，其父李仁祐早亡，乾寧二年（895年），李思恭卒，以李彝昌年幼，思恭之弟李思諫為定難節度使。後梁開平二年（908年），李思諫卒，三軍立李彝昌為留後，隨後得到了朝廷的册命。開平三年（909年）二月，定難軍軍將高宗益暗殺了李彝昌。
