　　南吴高祖杨隆演（897年－920年），字鸿源，原名杨瀛，又名杨渭，中国五代时期南吴君主，杨行密次子，杨渥之弟。
　　
　　天祐五年（908年，此时唐已亡，南吴不承认后梁，遂沿用唐哀帝天祐年号），弘农王杨渥为张颢、徐温所杀，杨隆演因之继立。徐温寻杀张颢，因此专权。虽杨隆演不久为宣谕使李俨承制授为淮南节度使、东南诸道行营都统、同平章事、弘农郡王，然而大权仍掌握在徐温之手。
　　
　　天祐七年（910年），再为岐王李茂贞承制加中书令，并继承杨行密吴王之位。
　　
　　天祐十六年（919年），即吴国国王位，改元武义，自是与唐朝断绝关系。杨隆演个性稳重恭顺，徐温父子专权，不会显露出不平之色，因此徐温也很放心。但也因大权旁落，杨隆演建立吴国后并不快乐，于是放纵自己饮酒而很少吃东西，因此生病卧床。南吴武义二年（920年）杨隆演去世，谥宣王，杨溥称帝后，改谥宣皇帝，庙号高祖。弟杨溥继位。
