　　高昙晟（？－618年），隋末唐初怀戎（今河北涿鹿县西南）僧人。618年时以做法事为名乘县令设斋，纠集五千名僧人杀死县令和镇守军将，自封大乘皇帝，建元法轮。立尼姑静宣为邪轮皇后，派使者去渔阳郡与高开道约为兄弟并加以招降，封他为“齐王”，收纳他的五千兵马，但是不过三月高开道旋即反出，杀害了高昙晟，接收他的势力，复称“燕王”。
