　　操師乞（？－616年），饒州鄱陽人（今江西省上饒市），隋末唐初地方割據勢力的多個領導人之一。隋煬帝大業十二年（615年）起兵，十二月癸未，自號元興王，建元始興（一作天成），攻陷豫章郡，以林士弘為大將軍。隋將劉子翊討伐，操師乞被射殺，其後，隊伍由林士弘領導。
