杨昭（584年－606年），隋炀帝之长子，隋恭帝、燕王杨倓、隋皇泰主之父，妻子为刘良娣（良娣为东宫妻妾位号）。
他12岁被封为河南王，仁寿初年徙封为晋王，大业元年立为皇太子，但于次年就去世了，谥号元德太子。
王世充与元文都、卢楚等拥立皇泰主为皇帝后，追尊
杨昭为皇帝，谥号孝成皇帝，庙号世宗。
