西梁

西梁后主
萧琮，为西梁明帝萧岿之子，字温文。
萧琮最早封东阳王，后被立为皇太子。
萧琮博学有才，善于弓马，个性倜傥不羁。585年即位为西梁皇帝，改年号为广运。
萧琮即位之后，隋文帝设立江陵总管监视
萧琮的行为；587年，隋文帝征召
萧琮入朝，并且并吞后梁。之后隋文帝废除西梁国，
萧琮亦被废为莒国公。西梁也因此灭亡。
萧琮的叔父萧巖等人并且带了一部分居民逃入陈朝。
萧琮在隋朝时仍然受到器重，隋炀帝即位后又封
萧琮为梁公、内史令，
萧琮的亲族也有不少被提拔入朝廷为官。当时有童谣 说：“萧萧亦复起”，导致隋炀帝对
萧琮的猜忌，最后
萧琮被免职，不久后在家中过世。
萧琮死后被赠左光禄大夫。隋末割据势力之一的萧铣，为
萧琮之堂侄，并在称帝之后追谥
萧琮为孝靖帝。
