　　北齐武成帝高湛（537年—568年；在位561年—565年），东魏权臣高欢第九子，孝昭帝高演之同母弟。
　　
　　幼时亦其得父亲喜爱。北齐建国后，被文宣帝封为长广王。孝昭帝高演继位后，甚为宠信他，权倾朝野。不久高演患得重病，临死时为了不让自己的儿子高百年落得高殷的命运(高殷乃高洋之子，因父死而继位，高洋临终前命高演辅助高殷。不久，高演通过发动政变，杀侄高殷继位。)，决定传位于弟，561年，高湛继位，改元太宁，是为武成帝。
　　
　　武成帝昏庸无能，沉湎于美色之中，不思国事，北齐岌岌可危。565年，传位于太子高纬，自任太上皇，最后也因为酒色过度而死，年仅三十二岁。年号太宁、河清，谥号武成帝，庙号世祖。
