　　北齊武成帝高湛（537年—568年；在位561年—565年），東魏權臣高歡第九子，孝昭帝高演之同母弟。
　　
　　幼時亦其得父親喜愛。北齊建國後，被文宣帝封為長廣王。孝昭帝高演繼位後，甚為寵信他，權傾朝野。不久高演患得重病，臨死時為了不讓自己的兒子高百年落得高殷的命運(高殷乃高洋之子，因父死而繼位，高洋臨終前命高演輔助高殷。不久，高演通過發動政變，殺侄高殷繼位。)，决定傳位於弟，561年，高湛繼位，改元太寧，是為武成帝。
　　
　　武成帝昏庸無能，沉湎於美色之中，不思國事，北齊岌岌可危。565年，傳位於太子高緯，自任太上皇，最後也因為酒色過度而死，年僅三十二歲。年號太寧、河清，謚號武成帝，廟號世祖。
