宇文莫那，宇文普之子。根《周書》的記載，
宇文莫那率領宇文部鮮卑自陰山南遷至遼西，和慕容部、段部共同在遼西角逐，和拓跋部結成姻親。被來南北朝的北周尊為獻侯，奉為始祖。
