地粟袁，鬱久閭氏，跋提的兒子，是4世紀柔然部落的第五任首領，承襲父親跋提擔任柔然首領。
地粟袁死後，長子匹候跋繼位，居於東邊。而他的次子緼紇提統率西邊。
