拓跋纥那，生卒年不详，中国东晋十六国时期鲜卑索头部首领、代王，325年至329年、335年至337年在位，是南北朝时期北魏皇帝的先祖之一。拓跋猗㐌之子，拓跋贺傉之弟。325年，贺傉去世，纥那因此继立。
327年，纥那为后赵中山公石虎派军所攻，兵败，迁首府于大宁（今河北张家口）。329年，贺兰部及其他各部酋长共立纥那的堂侄拓跋翳槐为代王，纥那只好投奔宇文部。
335年，翳槐欲杀其舅父贺兰部酋长贺兰蔼头，各部因此叛变，纥那自宇文部返回，再被拥立为代王，翳槐逃奔后赵。337年，翳槐在后赵将领李穆保护下至大宁，翳槐的旧部纷纷归附，纥那因此再出奔前燕，其后不知所终。
北魏道武帝拓跋圭称帝时，将纥那追谥为炀皇帝。
