　　梁弥忽，为南北朝时期的宕昌国君主之一，其祖父为梁勤，北魏太武帝始光元年（424年），曾遣子梁弥黄向北魏奉表请求内附。太武帝即拜弥忽为宕昌王，封弥黄为甘松侯。在位期间不详。弥忽死后，其孙梁虎子继立。
