杨文度（？－477年），仇池氐人，武都王杨僧嗣之从弟。
473年杨僧嗣在葭芦（今甘肃武都县东南）去世，
杨文度自立为武兴王，遣使降北魏，魏以文度为武兴镇将。
477年十月，
杨文度遣其弟杨文弘攻陷北魏所占的仇池；十一月魏将皮欢喜等领军四万人攻杨文弘，十二月杨文弘撤出建安。宋向武都王
杨文度加授都督北秦、雍二州诸军事。477年十二月，魏将皮欢喜攻陷葭芦，斩
杨文度。杨文弘奉表向魏谢罪，魏以文弘为南秦州刺史、武都王。
