張祚（－355年）是十六國時期前涼政權的君主。為前涼文王張駿之長庶子，前涼桓王張重華兄。張重華死時，子張曜靈繼位，
張祚以其年幼廢之，自立為涼王。355年前涼王國政變，被殺死，張玄靚繼位。
