　　拉烏爾一世（古法語：Raovl Ier，法語：Raoul Ier；約890年？—936年1月15日），又名魯道夫（法語：Rodolphe），本是勃艮第公爵（921年—923年在位），成為西法蘭王國的國王（常等同於法國國王，923年—936年在位）。他從他的父親、勃艮第公爵理查處繼承勃艮第公國。他娶西法蘭國王羅貝爾一世的女兒法蘭西的埃瑪為妻，故得以在嶽父死無嗣的情況下以女婿的身份繼承西法蘭王位。他屬於與加洛林王朝敵對的卡佩族，是來的法蘭西王國卡佩王朝諸王的祖先。
　　
　　羅貝爾一世駕崩，沒有留下男嗣。由於按照法蘭人傳統的《薩利繼承法》，女性不能繼位，所以身為女婿的拉烏爾被貴族會議選舉為國王。923年7月13日星期天，桑斯大主教沃爾特在瓦的聖梅達教堂為拉烏爾加冕，是為拉烏爾一世。即位，拉烏爾一世將擔任不到兩年的勃艮第公爵一職讓給弟弟黑於格。
　　
　　但是，被貴族們廢黜的查理三世仍然健在，他拒絶承認拉烏爾一世，且仍然宣稱自己是西法蘭的國王。不過，屬於加洛林王朝王族的韋芒杜瓦伯爵赫伯特一世卻背叛本族，與身為卡佩族成員的拉烏爾一世結盟。赫伯特一世娶拉烏爾一世妻子艾瑪的妹妹為妻，所以他們倆是連襟。赫伯特一世欺騙查理三世，在假裝與他會談的時候逮捕查理將他投入監獄。
