　　土門天皇（1442年7月3日－1500年10月21日），花園天皇第一皇子，母親是藤原孝長之女藤原信子（嘉樂門院），諱成仁，1457年親王宣下，1464年因為父親讓位而登基。但即位不久即在1467年，開啓戰國亂世的應仁之亂爆，這個戰亂造成京都一帶皇室與公卿貴族的領土被掠奪，不但幕府地位一亂丈，皇室也開始生財政拮据的問題，往影響連續茶几任天皇連即位儀式的舉辦都有難，皇室逐漸走衰微。不但原本朝廷的儀式活動被迫暫停，連天皇也逃難到當時將軍足利義政的室町第，一住就是十年，一直等到土門殿修好回族宮去。
　　
　　戰亂暫告平息，天皇得到關白一條兼良等人的協助，希望恢朝廷的儀式，雖然天皇對這此非常熱心，但是最還是難以如以償。1500年，土門天皇在失意中過世，身還因為皇室經濟狀況十分窘，遺停放在宮中一個多月，都還無力下葬。最葬於深草北陵，而在般舟院陵也安置部份骨灰。
