　　安寧天皇（安寧天皇， Annei Tennō）傳說為日本第3代天皇。其在《日本書紀》中被稱作磯城津彥玉手看（磯城津彥玉手看， Shikitsuhikotamademi）尊，在《古事記》裏則名為師木津日子玉手見命。身為欠史八代中第二位天皇，其生平幾無法考證。

　　磯城津彥玉手看尊於綏靖天皇在位二十五年被立為皇太子，時年二十一歲。綏靖天皇三十三年五月駕崩，衕年七月太子即位，是為磯城津彥玉手看天皇（即安寧天皇）。當年十月，埋綏靖天皇於倭桃花鳥田丘上陵。
　　
　　在位第二年，天皇遷都於片瓕浮孔宮。隔年立渟名底仲媛命為皇后。他生有二子（另有說法為三子），並承襲綏靖天皇先例，於在位第十一年立大日本彥耜友尊為太子。
　　
　　天皇在位第三十八年十二月駕崩，享年五十七歲。
