肆葉護可汗（？－632年），名
阿史那咥力，西突厥可汗，統葉護可汗之子，封為特勤。628年，統葉護可汗的伯父殺死統葉護可汗，自立為莫賀咄可汗。阿史那泥孰莫賀設迎立咥力特勤，是為乙毗鉢羅肆葉護可汗。肆葉護和莫賀咄互相攻戰不止。他們各嚮唐朝求婚。唐太宗駁斥道：“汝國擾亂，君臣未定，戰爭不息，何得言婚”，並命他們各守邊境，停止互相徵伐。西突厥內亂，原先役屬的西域諸國和鐵勒各部紛紛叛離。
630年，莫賀咄兵敗，逃往阿爾泰山，被泥孰殺死。諸部共推肆葉護為西突厥大可汗。肆葉護可汗北徵鐵勒，被薛延陀真珠可汗打敗。肆葉護可汗為人多疑，殺功臣乙利可汗，並誅滅其宗族。他又欲擁立他的殺害泥孰，泥孰逃往焉耆。632年秋，肆葉護可汗遭設卑達官與弩失畢部攻擊，逃往康居，不久去世。
